Step 1Start Light & Build Intensity
To create the ultimate smokey eye, apply a light Eye Shadow all over the lid with the Eye Sweep Brush. This base shade will create a smooth surface for the darker colors to apply evenly. Dust a medium shadow on the lower lid up to the crease using the Eye Shadow brush. Continue layering the medium shadow until you get the desired intensity or apply a darker medium shadow in the crease.
